VIP Program and Cashback
The VIP Cashback programme returns a percentage of your weekly losses back to your account once a week. The cashback rate depends on your VIP level, ranging from Bronze to Diamond, with different rates at each tier. Cashback is credited to your account as a bonus.
funk988 has 5 VIP levels — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). As your level goes up, your cashback rate increases and you get access to better benefits.
To move up a VIP level, you need to play consistently, make regular deposits and maintain a good play history. funk988 determines each player's VIP level based on their activity and loyalty. The higher the level, the better the rewards and benefits.
As a Diamond VIP, you receive up to 1.2% weekly cashback along with priority customer service, exclusive bonus offers and special privileges provided by funk988. Diamond is the highest VIP level, so you get the best service available.
Cashback is calculated and credited to your account once a week. For the exact payment date, contact funk988's 24-hour Live Chat support. Once received, you can choose to keep playing with your cashback or withdraw it.
How to Withdraw
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the Wagering Requirement. For the 120% welcome bonus, you need to wager the bonus amount × 20 times before withdrawing. For example — if you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks before withdrawal. Once the wagering requirement is met, your withdrawal will go through smoothly.
Yes. funk988's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's night, a public holiday or a weekend, you can expect your money to arrive within 5 to 30 minutes. Delays may occasionally occur due to network issues, but transfers are generally fast.
Withdrawals typically arrive within 5 to 30 minutes. KBZPay and Wave Money transfers tend to be faster. Occasionally there may be slight delays on the bank's end, but funk988 processes every withdrawal as quickly as possible. If your money hasn't arrived, check via Live Chat.
The minimum withdrawal at funk988 is 20,000 Ks. For deposits, you can use KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay with a minimum of 10,000 Ks per transaction. Bank transfers are also supported for both deposits and withdrawals. If you have any questions about amounts, ask directly via Live Chat.
Yes, the KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay wallet you use to withdraw must have a name that matches the name registered on your funk988 account. This is required to keep transfers secure and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. If the names don't match, the withdrawal will not go through — please check this in advance.
Football Betting
funk988 displays football odds in decimal format. For example — if Team A has odds of 2.5 and you bet 1,000 Ks, you will receive 2,500 Ks back if they win. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout, while lower odds come up more often but pay less.
Handicap means giving a goal advantage to the weaker team to level the playing field. For example, if Team A (-1.5), Team A must win by 2 or more goals for your bet to win. Handicap bets can offer better value, but they require more careful analysis and match information.
An Accumulator (ACCA) is a bet that combines 2 or more matches into a single wager. All selections must be correct to win, and because the odds multiply together, the potential return is much higher. However, if even one match is wrong, the entire bet is lost — keep that in mind.
Live Betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds shift based on how the game is going, so if you can read the flow of a match well, you can find better odds. On funk988, Live Betting runs smoothly in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
Yes, you can bet on EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches, as well as UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and many other international football competitions on funk988. With such a wide range of football covered, players in Myanmar will have no trouble finding the matches they want.

Questions about Slots
Providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI offer demo mode, but availability on the funk988 platform depends on each individual game. Winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn as real cash. You can switch to real-money play after trying the demo.
Free Spins can be earned through bonus promotions, VIP rewards, or in-game bonus features such as Scatter Symbols. funk988 also offers Free Spins in special promotions from time to time. Winnings from Free Spins can only be withdrawn after meeting the bonus wagering requirement, so read the promotion terms in advance.
Volatility (or Variance) refers to how a slot game pays out over time. High Volatility slots can go longer between wins, but the wins tend to be larger. Low Volatility slots pay out more often, but the amounts are smaller. Choosing a volatility level that suits your playing style and budget is a good approach.
For players with a smaller bankroll, low volatility slots or games with a small minimum bet are a good fit. You should also manage your bet size to make your play last longer. funk988 has slot games to suit players at every level, so you should find something that matches your budget.
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total bets that a slot game pays back to players. For example, an RTP of 96% means that for every 100 Ks wagered, the game returns an average of 96 Ks. This is a long-term average, not a guarantee for any single session. Games with a higher RTP generally offer better value over time.
